Description
Belt drive mixers are suitable for top entry or side entering mixing applications. They consist of electrical motor, belt pulley, rack, shaft, mechanical seal, leaking stop device and mixing impeller. Belt drive stirrer is widely used in power plant, desulphurization, methane fermentation, environmental protection, papermaking and petrochemical industries. The belt drive agitator can be divided into CP belt drive side entry mixer and DP belt drive top entry agitator.

Features of Belt Drive Stirrer
1. Characteristics of this belt drive mixer include high stirring effect, low power consumption as well as easy maintenance.
2. Packing seal and mechanical seal are available
3. This belt drive mixer can reach the highest mixing efficiency with less power consumption. Its power consumption only occupies 1/3~2/3 of the common central mixers.
4. With compact outline, this belt drive agitator offers stable and reliable operation, and long service life.
5. Side entry agitator with tank-locking feature allows repair and maintenance to be done on the agitator without removing it from the tank.
